Dr. Paul Baxter

Associational Missionary

Paul was born and raised in a suburb of London, England.  He and his wife, Joanna, have two daughter and five grandchildren.

He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor Degree.  He then earned a Master’s from Yale University Divinity School and a Doctorate from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He served as the pastor of First Baptist Church of LaGrange Georgia for 32 years.  After retiring from pastoring, he was called to serve the Pine Mountain Baptist Association in Harris County, Georgia.  He now devotes his time to assisting the Associational churches with his teaching and counsel.  He also desires to communicate through effective writing.
